High pressure ridging has weakened over the past 24 hours and this has allowed for the return of onshore flow to the region. As a result, late night and early morning low clouds and fog have returned to coastal locations and this general pattern will continue for the next several days along with cool conditions. Comet PAN-STAARS is still visible in the western sky shortly after sunset if sky conditions permit.
