Discussion

The strongest cold front of the season so far moved through the region yesterday and large Canadian high pressure will now take control of our weather for the next several days. It should be a good weekend weather-wise for the Phillies to clinch a divisional title and also for the Temple-Penn State game in South Philly on Saturday. Temperatures will generally be in the 60’s during the next few days and lows at night could fall once again into the 40’s in many locations. As the high pressure system slowly moves to a position just off the east coast early next week our temperatures will gradually rise to more seasonal values. The normal high temperature for this time of year is 79 degrees and the normal low is 61 degrees so we’ll be quite a bit below normal for the next few days.
