Discussion

A taste of summer is in store to begin the week as temperatures will explode today to the mid-to-upper 80’s and a few isolated spots could touch 90 degrees. This will be the warmest day of the week, however, as a cool front slips through by tomorrow morning and high temperatures drop to the mid-to-upper 70’s on Tuesday and then the mid-to-upper 60’s on Wednesday. As far as precipitation is concerned, it has been quite dry around here for the last several weeks. There are, however, signs for a potentially decent rain event sometime later this weekend along the Mid-Atlantic coast that could be followed by more chilly weather.
