Discussion

High pressure should control our weather for the next few days and temperatures will actually be above normal through Saturday; especially, in inland areas where the 90’s are possible. The main axis of hotter-than-normal weather has shifted westward in recent days to the Interior West from the central part of the country. There are signs for a cooling trend to begin late in the weekend and for this to continue into the early part of next week.
