Discussion

Another wave of low pressure is riding along a stalled out frontal system this morning and it will pull off to our northeast later today only to be followed by yet another wave of low pressure for later tonight. Enough drying should occur behind that next wave during the day Saturday to allow for some sunshine to mix in with any remaining clouds in the region. After that, yet another surface low pressure system will combine with a strengthening upper level trough of low pressure to threaten our area with more showers later Saturday night and Sunday. Elsewhere, a moisture-laden storm will be gathering some strength this weekend over the northern Gulf of Mexico and it could actually send some rain our way by Tuesday as it takes a turn to the north and east.
