Cooler and drier air has moved into the region following the passage of a cold frontal system. It’ll turn out to be a nice day in the region with increasing amounts of sunshine and Friday will be quite pleasant. The weekend becomes unsettled with an upper low in the Lower Mississippi Valley bringing us a daily threat for showers and thunderstorms.
