An accumulating snow event is likely from later tomorrow into Wednesday and it could bring 1-3 inches of snow to the I-95 corridor region from DC-to-Philly-to-NYC. A frontal system will work its way to the east coast on Tuesday and then low pressure will likely form along the southern part of that boundary zone and move to a position off the Mid-Atlantic coastline by mid-week. The combination of the front and low pressure system should throw some snow our way in the I-95 corridor with a cold air mass firmly in place. It'll stay cold following this system for the latter part of the work week, but noticeably milder weather will return for the weekend. In fact, temperatures could reach or surpass the 50 degree mark for the next Eagles playoff game on Sunday.
