A cool front cleared the region on Wednesday and it has ushered in another refreshing air mass for the Mid-Atlantic region. Temperatures and humidity levels will remain in comfortable territory for the next few days – much as it has for the entire summer season. By the early part of next week - as high pressure pushes farther to the east - unsettled weather is likely to return with an increasing threat of showers and thunderstorms.
