Discussion

An upper level low will reach the state this weekend and increase the chances for showers on Sunday and Monday. It does not look like it will be a heavy rain event – probably under a half an inch in most southern California locations. This low will pull away by Tuesday of next week leaving behind a continued cooler-than-normal air mass in its wake.
