Discussion
Low pressure just off the east coast this morning will push to the northeast today and any snow that is falling in the region will end and give way to partial sunshine as the day progresses. This active weather pattern will produce yet another coastal storm by later Sunday, but it looks like that particular system will go harmlessly out-to-sea before ever having any impact on the region. An explosive upper air pattern will set up early next week and combine with an Arctic air intrusion to produce yet another threat for snow in the Mid-Atlantic region - most likely in the Monday night/Tuesday time period.
